Happy New Year!
As we look at the past year, we have been blessed. What is in the future and 2010? We are in His Hands and ready to respond to 2010 in helping others.

Merry Christmas!

It is in the air and I love the spirit it produces... It is so fun to watch the little ones and wonder what is on their minds as they look at the tree, play with the manger and the village display at their house and ours. This week our village has the shuttle visiting the scene. We are going to the Space Museum in two weeks. What will he do then???

It was so good to have our kids together in one house, it has been 4 years.

Moving the piles of leaves

I spent the day with Benjamin, Nathan, and Caleb this week and they were so interested in the dry leaves that have fallen from the trees at the mission house. Raking the leaves isn't work, it is fun to discover what you can do with piles of leaves.

Seeing God in little things.
About a month ago, I felt that Benjamin was missing his bike in Peru. One Sunday morning I put a note in three Sunday School classes asking if anyone had a used 18" bike to borrow or buy. I went into a class after church service and almost stopped because I thought that no one in that class would have one but I felt God nudging me. Lauris read the note and said to stop looking. I just had to let the tear flow. My prayer was answered and that afternoon he delivered two of them, one a "Pink Girlie One" as the boys called it. Another friend said she had an 16" for Nathan. We took them to Florence and made two little boys so happy. Thomas painted and oiled the tire rims and they were good as new. Nathan learned to ride a two wheeler in one afternoon. This story still blesses my heart and taught me to trust HIM in everything

July Fun in the Sun

We are enjoying all our Grandsons this summer. The older ones are in Show Choir Camp and the younger three are going from camps, churches, conferences so far. We have found some fun free things to do beside just playing...

A special Sunday School

Thomas and I went to Mom Robison's house for Sunday School, she hasn't been to church for a month. It was such a blessing to study God's word together. It made me think of the Senior Adults that are unable to attend church. There is a great need for this ministry

I hope all is well and growing closer to the LORD.

We are counting down the months until the Peru family comes to the US for a few months.
